Ingredients for Spicy (Masala) Pasta
Pasta – 250 Gram
Capsicum – Half Cup (Finely Chopped)
Tomatoes – Half a cup (finely chopped)
Onion – Half a cup (finely chopped)
Garlic – 1 tablespoon (finely chopped)
Green Chilies – 1 Teaspoon (Finely Chopped)
Celery leaf – 1 Teaspoon
Tomato Paste – 1 cup
Pepper Powder – 1 Teaspoon
Red Chili Powder – Half a teaspoon
Paneer – 2 Tablespoons (grated)
Sugar – 1 Teaspoon
Oil – 2 tablespoons
Salt – To taste
A mixture of spices (Garam Masala) – A pinch
Make it like this
To make Spicy (Masala) Pasta, 1st boil the pasta & keep it aside. Then take a pan & heat oil in it & fry green chilies, garlic, onion, tomato, capsicum well. Fry all the vegetables for 3 to 4 minutes till golden. When the vegetables are fried, add tomato paste, black pepper powder, red chili powder, sugar & salt & mix well. Stir constantly & when you feel that the gravy has thickened, add boiled pasta to it. Add pasta & mix it while stirring well & let it cook on low flame for a while. Then turn off the hot masala gas from above. This is how Spicy (Masala) pasta is prepared. Your dish is ready now & it’s time to enjoy your hot & delicious Spicy (Masala) Pasta.
